Fees
Normal fees are $300 per hour with a minimal retainer of $3,000. The retainer depends upon the complexity of the case and the need for immediate representation. Lyons has and will work on a contingency basis on personal injury claims. All filing fees, court costs, witness fees, expert fees are the responsibility of the client. Reduced fees are available.
Scheduled Fees
- Consultation - no charge
- Divorce (uncontested, no children) - $700 plus filing fee
- Divorce (contested with children) - $3,000 retainer, $300 per child
- DUI, criminal matters - $1,500 for General Sessions appearance
- Civil litigation - $3,000 retainer, $300 per hour
- Contingency fee (personal injury, worker’s comp.) - 20 percent worker’s comp. claim 33-40 per cent personal injury
